The fastest way to reach a human is email. We read and answer every message.
When you write, it helps to include your app version (in the app: Settings → About), your device and iOS version, and a short description of what happened. There's no phone line or live chat at launch — email reaches us directly.
The Mile Zero Club is an annual auto-renewing subscription, billed by Apple through the App Store. Mile Zero never receives your card or bank details.
Manage or cancel. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Mile Zero, and change or cancel there. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Your access continues to the end of the period you've paid for.
Restore a purchase. New phone, or reinstalled the app? Open the membership screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you used to join.
Pricing and offers. Your localized price and any introductory offer are shown in the App Store and in the app before you buy. After any introductory period, membership renews at the standard annual price.
Refunds. Because Apple processes the payment, refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you're not sure where to start, email us and we'll point you the right way.
Delete a contribution. You can delete any spot, note, or edit from within the app. It comes off your profile, your impact, and future summaries.
Control who sees a spot. Every spot you add is Open, Shared, or Secret — your choice, and it stays your choice even if your Club dues lapse.
Turn off product analytics. Settings includes a "Share product analytics from this device" switch you can turn off at any time.
Delete your account or make a privacy request. Email [email protected]. Our Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, what we collect and the choices you have.
Sign in with Apple. Mile Zero uses Sign in with Apple. If sign-in fails, check your internet connection, confirm you're signed in to your Apple ID in iOS Settings, and try again.
Location. Mile Zero asks for location "While Using the App" to show nearby spots and attach your on-site contributions to the right place. You can change this any time in iOS Settings → Mile Zero → Location.

What kind of places does Mile Zero list?
Free overnight parking and road-adjacent boondocking: rest areas, public lots, truck stops, highway-adjacent public land, and dispersed areas travelers use for a night or two. Mile Zero isn't a campground-booking app.
Is it legal to sleep in your car overnight?
It depends on where you are. Rules vary by city, property, and land manager, and they change. Mile Zero shows the overnight rules travelers have reported for each spot and when they reported them. Always check posted signs and local rules on the ground.
Does Mile Zero guarantee that a stop is safe or legal?
No. Conditions, access, and local rules can change. Mile Zero shows reported rules, traveler observations, freshness, and the evidence behind a recommendation so you can make a better decision. You are still responsible for checking the place when you arrive.
Do I have to pay to use Mile Zero?
No. You can browse Open spots, inspect details, plan manually, and contribute for free. Signed-in travelers can also try the overnight planner. Club dues fund route planning and the map. Paying alone never unlocks protected spots.
How current is the information?
Mile Zero shows when conditions were observed. Reports are labeled fresh, aging, or stale, and thin evidence stays visible.
Is Mile Zero on Android?
Mile Zero launches on iOS. Android isn't available yet.
